We are a fully inclusive setting able to meet the needs of children with SEND. We have 3 trained SENCo staff, 2 of which have completed the Inclusion Development Programme. We have experience of supporting children with physical disabilities and allergies. We have 2 staff that have completed the ENCo training.
All staff are DBS checked, have passed level 2 safeguarding training and are first aid trained. The staff team hold qualifications from level 2 to level 6.
The pre-school is based in the local community centre which has adequate parking and there is ramp access to the hall. Our outside area is on the same level as the hall and we have our own child size toilets which are accessed via one step. The community centre does have a disabled toilet but this is accessed through another hall. We are committed to working in partnership with parents/carers and have experience of working with a range of other professionals.
